Tim Hecker is back. His new album is called "Mirages". This means that you can read yet another love letter from Billy Rimgard right here. All is well. I haven't listened to the album for a week or so, but I'm quite certain that there will be time for that later tonight. And I am quite certain of a few other things as well.
